Welcome! I am a doctoral prepared Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Will be providing virtual mental health care by assessment, diagnosis, pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies while collaborating with patient in their own care, based on their preferences while utilizing EBP in provision patient centered care through delivery of best treatment possible. Primarily targeting on the mental health goals of our patients. Will offer initial comprehensive psychiatric evaluation Develop an individualized treatment plan Patient education Medication management, Referrals and counseling as needed. Routine follow-up visits to monitor symptoms and medication effectiveness.
