I am very thorough with my time with clients. Clients have often described me as a close sister, auntie, or friend. They feel very safe with me and often feel immediately connected by my warmth, transparency, and normal lay back approach.
I focus a lot on social/cultural affirming, liberation therapy, DBT, and, religious trauma and understanding family systems.
My biggest strength is my relatability. I understand that finding a good fit is important. My strength is my ability to connect with all ages, all backgrounds and find an area to pour hope into that I once struggle in and found victory. Most clients feel like there is no hierarchy during our sessions.

I was so nervous, but Dr. Bryant was very humorous, intelligent, and very easy to talk to. I love that she didn't pressure on any issues just allowed me room to release at my comfort level.

I have been seeing Dr. Bryant for 10 years and she has helped me build the skill set and have the mindset to get to where I am today and I do not know where I would be without her! She has taught me to handle what life brings in the most healthiest way.
