My practice is grounded in thoughtful problem-solving, compassionate care, and a commitment to helping each patient achieve meaningful, sustainable improvement.
First session
In our first session we will get to know eachother briefly. Then we will dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me to create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow up sessions. To also know how best to care for you. I will give you a chance to freely express yourself in a judgment free environment. And I will also take my time and listen attentively.
