I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes in the power of feeling heard and understood. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and a Master of Social Work Degree, with certifications in Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Disorders. I became a therapist to be a voice of hope and a listening ear for those who may feel like they don’t have one. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you—without judgment.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, I’ve incorporated Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a foundational approach for addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. What I find most effective about CBT is its structured, goal-oriented nature, which empowers clients to become more aware of the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I always ensure that the treatment plan is collaborative and measurable so clients can track their progress and feel a sense of achievement.

Trauma-Focused CBT

In my practice, I’ve used Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to support children, adolescents, and their families in processing and healing from traumatic experiences, such as abuse, neglect, grief, and community violence. My experience with TF-CBT stems from both formal training and direct clinical application, where I’ve seen how powerful this evidence-based model can be in promoting recovery.
