What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

At the first session, I conduct a 90 minute assessment where I collect historical information about family upbringing, developmental and social history, spiritual beliefs, academic/employment info, current symptoms and more. We will identify current issues that the client is struggling with as well as develop attainable treatment goals. The first session is a great opportunity to get to know one another and begin to build a therapeutic alliance.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strengths are developing a strong therapeutic alliance based on respect, active listening, and a compassionate perspective.
