I believe that I am amicable, flexible and provide a non judgement free zone which helps individuals feel at ease.
I implement effective psychotherapeutic methods to instill self-understanding among clients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes, process feelings and effectively manage behaviors towards the betterment of their life. It is essential to keep in mind, that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix, therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the client and caretaker alike. In the end, making small changes in self-defeating behaviors and negative feelings and/or thoughts, can bring life-altering results - and with my services, I will help you achieve just that. My services are personalized to suit everyone’s needs, and I go the extra mile to provide you with all the tools needed to recover and reach emotional well-being and stability.
