I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and currently hold licenses in the following states: Idaho, California, Arizona, Utah, and Maine. I’ve provided services to individuals, couples, and families, for more than 17 years, working with various populations, including inpatient and outpatient settings, providing assessments, therapy, and support. I genuinely care about the individuals I work with and appreciate the opportunity to help with life challenges. I tend to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused therapy, Art therapy, and Motivational Interviewing techniques in sessions.
During the first session, there is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, ask questions and gather information related to challenges and goals.
I genuinely care about individuals and want to help navigate through life challenges.
