I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from Argosy University and have been in the field for 12 years. I have experience in both residential and outpatient settings, treating adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I am confident in treating a wide array of diagnoses and needs including depression, anxiety, life transitions, perinatal and postpartum difficulties, behavioral issues, academic and employment challenges, grief, and trauma.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I consider it a privilege whenever someone welcomes me to become a part of their journey. My goal is to bring warmth, compassion, authenticity, humor, calm, and openness into each session. My approach is collaborative, so we will work together in establishing what each session will look like. As we work together we will discuss your current challenges, and barriers to your goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Some of my strengths as a Therapist lie in my ability to meet clients where they are, fostering a safe and non judgmental environment. I am committed to understanding each client's unique experiences and perspectives, which allows me to build trust and rapport effectively. By creating this supportive space, I empower clients to explore their thoughts and feelings openly, facilitating their journey toward personal growth and positive change.
