About me

I’m a millennial therapist who believes therapy can be meaningful and transformative without feeling overly intimidating. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are...whether you need to unpack something heavy, celebrate a win, laugh at the chaos of life, or admit that you have absolutely no idea what you’re doing right now. My goal is to create a space that feels comfortable and judgment-free while still helping you challenge patterns that may no longer be serving you. We can talk about boundaries, anxiety, relationships, people-pleasing, self-esteem, life transitions, or simply the overwhelming pressure of trying to have everything figured out.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

By the end of our first session, I want us to have an overall idea of where we’re headed together. We might identify a few patterns you want to change, areas of your life you want to feel more confident in, or goals you’d like to start working toward. Most importantly, I want you to leave your first session feeling hopeful and maybe even a little excited about therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my biggest strengths is taking something that feels complicated and helping you untangle it. You might come in with 47 thoughts happening at once, and together we’ll slow them down, connect the dots, and figure out what’s actually underneath them. I’m not a therapist who disappears behind a neutral expression. I have a personality, and you’ll see it. I’ll laugh with you, ask the uncomfortable-but-important question, gently call you out when needed, and remind you of the progress you’re overlooking because your brain has already moved on to the next thing to worry about. At the end of the day, I bring my authentic personality into my work. I’m genuinely invested in the people sitting across from me to help work on their goals. Therapy can be vulnerable and challenging, but I believe it can also feel comfortable, relatable and empowering.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who finds themselves in the middle of a life transition and is thinking, “Okay…now what?” Maybe you’re graduating college and trying to figure out what adulthood is actually supposed to look like. Maybe you’re questioning your career, navigating a job change, entering your 30s and realizing life looks a little different than you thought it would, or simply wondering what you want your next chapter to be.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help you recognize thought patterns that may be making life harder: like overthinking, expecting the worst, doubting yourself, or letting your inner critic take over. My approach to CBT is realistic, conversational, and personalized to you. We’ll use what we uncover to create healthier thought patterns, make more intentional choices, and help you feel more confident navigating everyday life.
