Hi! My name is Sabrina! No matter what your reason is for seeking therapy, I am here to support and empower you. My ultimate hope is to provide a space where you feel accepted, you feel heard, and you feel comfortable working on you. My integration of work in Mental health, Yoga, & Mindfulness allows me to support and help those in need. With this, I strive to help and support others during these unknown and painful times. With my use of integrative therapy, I work with individuals towards bettering themselves and building their confidence and ability to overcome difficult times. Sessions may vary from an hour of venting to that of processing a trauma or difficult interaction. No matter what it is, I hope to support each session based on your needs and desires as you work in therapeutic services.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, there is no pressure at all for you to do anything you are not ready for. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, while also build upon comfort and ease in the therapeutic environment that is truly meant to be about YOU!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I feel I am a passionate and compassionate individual all in one. There are moments in life where actions and movement are necessary to heal, while other times we need patience and stillness towards healing. I believe these traits allow me to attend to an individual based upon their presenting mindset, and honoring the approach that is most supportive to that person.

My treatment methods

Compassion Focused

Compassion is a topic that is necessary is the realm of healing, especially when it relates to Traumatic experiences, Anxiety and Depression. I utilized this practice and method all throughout discussions with clients and hope to encourage the use of making self-compassion a daily habit for clients as they grow and develop own their own healing process.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

With the incorporation of my Counseling experience/knowledge along with my Yoga Certification, mindfulness is a modality that will more often be utilized in every session as I hope the use of awareness, intention, and mindful experiences and actions, help individuals feel more empowered in their own life.
