I am a Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 8 years of experience in helping children, individuals and families navigate life's challenges. My practice is rooted in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and healing, and I am here to provide a supportive and compassionate environment for that journey. My goal is to empower individuals by providing tools and strategies that foster resilience, self-confidence, and healthy relationships.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we will start with introductions and go over any expectations or questions you may have. Then we will dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Throughout my career I have developed strong skillsets in empathy, adaptability, and communication skills to enhance the therapeutic alliance between therapist and client. I practice active listening and empathy to understand each clients' emotions and experiences, which helps build trust and rapport.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

In my practice, I focus on a wide range of issues affecting individuals; including behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, life coaching, and self-esteem.
