Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) based in Tennessee. I received my Masters from the University of Memphis and have been practicing for 9 years. I assist individuals with issues such as creating and establishing healthy boundaries, decreasing and managing anxiety, depression, career counseling, stress management, relationship concerns, handling loss, navigating life changes, and moving away from unproductive habits.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with adults for the past 9 years, I've developed a formula to assist you with identifying your personal strengths, to help you identify the root cause of your challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I love working with adults who have the desire and courage to put themselves at the top of their priority list. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about making positive change in their life.
I have 8 years of experience using integrative therapy. This approach is highly individualized and can be adapted depending on the individual's situation. I also use integrative therapy to adapt and integrate various techniques according to the individual's needs, goals and to enhance their quality of life.
