I'm a warm, down-to-earth, and compassionate therapist with 9 years of experience helping women navigate anxiety, trauma, abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, and grief. I'm especially passionate about supporting career-driven moms and women navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of difficult experiences.

Begin again, at your own pace.

I'm LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, and kink-aware. I welcome all parts of who you are and strive to create a space where you can show up authentically, feel safe, and work toward a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with you.

First session

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another and begin building a connection. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what you've been navigating, and what you'd like to work toward. There's no pressure to share everything right away or find the perfect words. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and you'll have space to ask questions, get a feel for my approach, and decide whether working together feels like the right fit.

Strengths

I bring a warm, compassionate, and affirming presence to therapy. My approach is strengths-based and person-centered, honoring each client's unique experiences, identities, and capacity for growth. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. Together, we'll explore how past experiences and current stressors may be impacting your life while identifying and building on the strengths, resilience, and resources you already possess. I believe healing happens through connection, collaboration, and feeling understood. I meet you where you are, honor your pace, and support you in developing greater self-trust, recognizing your strengths, and creating meaningful change. Therapy can be a space to reconnect with yourself, build confidence, navigate challenges, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

Ideal clients

You've been through a lot, and somehow you've kept going. Maybe you've experienced trauma, abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, betrayal, or loss. From the outside, you may seem like you have it all together: managing your career, caring for your family, and showing up for everyone around you. But underneath, you may feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or exhausted from carrying so much. Perhaps past experiences continue to affect your relationships, sense of self, or ability to feel safe and trust others. You may be ready to stop simply getting through each day and start feeling more connected to yourself. You deserve a space where you can show up as you are, feel heard and understood, and explore your experiences without judgment. Together, we'll build on your strengths and resilience as you work toward healing, greater self-trust, healthier relationships, and a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

Origin story

My decision to become a therapist grew from navigating my own complex life challenges and realizing how transformative it is to have someone truly sit with you in the dark. I know firsthand what it feels like to face overwhelming moments where you feel silenced or unseen. Those personal experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the courage it takes to heal, and they inspire me every day to provide the safe, non-judgmental space that everyone deserves.

Ongoing work together

Our work together will be collaborative, intentional, and guided by your needs and goals. We'll explore patterns, experiences, and beliefs while building on your existing strengths, resilience, and resources. As we work together, you'll begin to recognize progress in the ways you relate to yourself and others. Progress may look like feeling less overwhelmed, trusting yourself more, recognizing your needs, or responding to challenges in new ways.

Treatment methods

Attachment-based

I use an attachment-based approach to help clients understand how past experiences shape their relationships, sense of self, and emotional needs. Together, we'll explore relationship patterns, build self-trust, strengthen boundaries, and develop healthier, more secure connections with yourself and others.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I incorporate CBT to help clients recognize how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another. This approach focuses on identifying unhelpful thinking patterns, developing healthier coping strategies, and building practical tools to manage anxiety, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change.

Trauma-Focused CBT

My approach draws on trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy principles to help clients understand and process the impact of traumatic experiences. This approach emphasizes emotional safety, coping skills, emotional regulation, and gently addressing trauma-related thoughts and beliefs at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable.

Strength-Based

My strengths-based approach focuses on recognizing and building upon each client's existing strengths, resilience, and personal resources. I believe clients are more than their struggles or past experiences and support them in developing self-confidence, recognizing their capabilities, and feeling empowered to create meaningful change.
