Many of the issues I assist clients with are related, but not limited to, the following: relationships, parenting, depression, anxiety, major life transitions, goal achievement, growth work, and grief.
First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you've been experiencing. Together we'll then set intentions for moving inner mind towards desired shifts.
Strengths
Over the past twenty years, I've trained in various methods and have a wide variety of tools to assist people in shifting negative and distorted thoughts, emotions, impulses, habits, and behaviors. I listen deeply so that I can best understand what solutions will be most useful in moving each person towards what's intended.
Ideal clients
I love working with adults who are interested in learning new ways of thinking about how their mind has been thinking, and open to interesting and unusual ways of accessing and shifting how the unconscious mind processes information.
Treatment methods

The therapy I offer is client-centered, strengths-based, and borrows from models like Reality Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I also have training in Rapid Resolution Therapy and use aspects of it in my work.
