I am a Northeast Ohio psychotherapist committed to helping individuals, couples and families to heal and I offer support for past traumatic experiences, hurt, and uncovering/ resolving underlying issues. I help clients to build healthier relationships with themselves and others. My work focuses on changing maladaptive behavioral habits, thinking patterns and beliefs that make life more difficult and challenging. I am excited to empower clients to build the life and relationships they want and deserve. I believe in taking a collaborative cognitive, dialectical, behavioral, and systemic approach to helping clients to build healthier patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving, improve self-assurance and confidence and achieve their goals one session at a timef. I’m passionate about transforming mindsets, building self-awareness and improving relationships.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we build rapport, gather history as it pertains to why you're seeking therapy. set therapy goals/ treatment plan, set a schedule and estimated timeframe for meeting goals that you are comfortable with.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths are my honesty, humor, ability to remain non-judgmental, family oriented, and have a strong faith/ spiritual connection. I am a strong systemic CBT therapist who takes a holistic view of clients problems. This helps clients to build self-awareness and adopt positive changes that improve their quality of life, decrease and even eliminate mental and emotional symptoms and improve relationships, one session at a time.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a widely-used therapeutic approach that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. When combined with attachment and trauma-based therapies, CBT can help individuals and families address the impact of past traumatic experiences on their relationships and overall well-being. By exploring attachment styles and working through trauma-related issues, CBT can assist clients and families in developing healthier coping strategies, improving communication, and fostering secure and supportive relationships. This integrated approach helps my therapeutic aim with clients to promote healing, resilience, and lasting positive change.
