PMHNP, 6 years of experience
Tara Lundy, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes that everyone deserves compassionate, personalized mental health care. Tara has worked in healthcare for over 20 years, and with experience in community mental health, post-acute/long-term care, ketamine/Spravato/TMS, and inpatient psychiatry, she understands the importance of meeting people where they are—emotionally, physically, and psychologically. Above all, Tara values building trusting relationships and empowering clients on their path to wellness. Whether in a crisis or simply needing someone to talk to, she is here to support each person with empathy, respect, and hope.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into your goals and the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space rooted in unconditional positive regard—where you feel accepted, valued, and respected. This patient-centered approach fosters trust and empowers you to engage in meaningful self-exploration, personal growth, and lasting positive change.
I enjoy working with clients across the lifespan, and especially enjoy working with motivated individuals who are interested in taking an integrated and holistic approach to improving their mental health.
I am a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner committed to enhancing the mental health and well-being of my patients through compassionate care and evidence-based practices.
