(she/her)
I am here to listen, reflect, and provide support. I have worked in a wide variety of settings and with a diverse amount of people. I started my career in a soup kitchen and have since provided care in hospitals, outpatient clinics, crisis hotlines, and people's homes. I believe that everyone has the potential to live a life that is meaningful to them.
In our first session we will start to get to know one another, explore what brings you to therapy, and discuss whether or not we might be a good fit.
Transition to parenthood is full of nuance and duality -- I feel passionately about providing support for all stages of this journey including pregnancy loss, fertility issues, first time pregnancy, perinatal mood disorders (depression, anxiety etc), and first time parenting.
I enjoy working with young adults or people moving through their pregnancy/fertility journeys. My clients are eager to improve, engaged, and seeking help.
My training is rooted in psychodynamic theories, anti-racism perspectives, and horticultural therapy (the healing nature of caring for plants). I am trauma-informed and interested in working with you where you are.
