Very kind and helpful! Explains treatment options thoroughly and responds to questions with care and respect.
I use psychoeducation to teach my patients about treatment and medication side effects including different medication options.
I use CBT to help my patient who may be struggling with anxiety, depression as well as Bipolar disorder to gain control over the disorder.
In practice, I guide clients through challenges using a biblical framework, fostering a sense of hope, forgiveness, and compassion. I incorporate prayer, scripture reflection, and a focus on spiritual identity, which helps clients feel more grounded and supported. This approach can be particularly effective for clients who wish to connect their faith with their healing journey, as it creates a holistic path that resonates with their core beliefs and values.
