I have over twenty years of experience helping individuals, couples and families overcome difficult issues like addiction, trauma and betrayal. I am a traumatologist whose specialty is treating PTSD and the full spectrum of dissociative disorders. I earned my doctoral degree in marriage and family therapy, a systemic approach to mental health. I have a post graduate certificate in family systems healthcare, and am certified in hypnotherapy, incorporation therapy and neuropsychotherapy.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session will be dedicated to getting to know one another and completing a historical assessment so together, we can develop a plan to get you where you desire to be.
