Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Illinois. I received my Masters from the University of St. Francis and have been practicing over 13 years. I offer personalized psychotherapy services tailored to meet your unique needs. Together we’ll work towards uncovering insights, developing coping strategies, and fostering positive change. Let’s embark on this journey of self discovery and transformation together.
In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions, and began building a therapeutic relationship. We will discuss confidentiality and the therapy process. I will obtain information about your background, your current concerns, and goals for therapy. This will give us the opportunity to get to know each other, and begin the process of working together towards positive change.
My greatest strengths would be my ability to empathize deeply with my clients creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for them to explore their emotions.
I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma or simply seeking personal growth. I’m committed to helping cultivate resilience and find healing.
