In our first session together, we'll start with introductions, discuss some of your background, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with diverse individuals, including at-risk youth navigating the complexities of adolescence, adults seeking to overcome life’s hurdles, and older adults seeking to maintain their quality of life.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors by examining how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected. We can do this together by using techniques like thought replacement, guided discovery, and problem-solving.
