You deserve an opportunity to feel supported by having your thoughts and feelings be acknowledged. Throughout the course of life, we may experience mental health challenges that arise unexpectedly. Allow yourself to heal from those challenges and grow towards the future with the support that therapy provides. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am invested in my clients whole self by guiding them into controlling their narrative and becoming their own author. I obtained my MSW at Governors State University in 2019 with a specialization in children and families.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have had extensive training on Cognitive Behavior Therapy and continue to use it in my daily practice as it is an evidence based and a practical approach to the treatment that I provide. CBT connects the concept that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are linked to one another. Within therapy, those aspects would be explored to challenge and shift thoughts to achieve the desired goal.

Motivational Interviewing

During motivational interviewing, clients will focus on enhancing motivation to change behavior.

Couples Counseling

Through treatment, couples learn on to communicate effectively, address their needs and wants, and focus on conflict resolution when challenges arise.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution focused therapy helps clients change by constructing solutions rather than focusing on the problems.
