My name is Roger Hartline and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with several years of experience working with adults with a variety of behavioral health concerns. I have history working with older adults, adults, and the LGBTQ+ population in a group therapy setting as well as an individual setting.

I have worked with clients ranging from adolescence to adulthood in a variety of settings. I am a member of the queer community and I have specific experience working with the LGBTQIA+ population in a behavioral health setting as a psychotherapist.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I work with clients utilizing fundamental CBT concepts of identifying the thought-emotion-behavior connection, identifying cognitive distortions, and establishing healthy coping strategy plans. I have attended training specifically to utilize CBT with anxiety and OCD symptoms, but have experience using CBT concepts with clients with depression, anxiety, and more.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I have attended training for DBT and utilized DBT fundamentals to help clients practice better mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance within a group setting and individual setting.
