I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have worked with individuals in the mental health field for 10 years. With life come trials and tribulations! This journey is about progress, not perfection, everyone is capable of change. When people experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel.
I strive to encourage you to be your best self, by gently challenging you, helping you get unstuck, and creating room for us to pinpoint your growth areas.
I seek to humanize mental health struggles and encourage therapy to everyone as the path to normalizing and living a healthy, active, fulfilling life. I am dedicated to working with individuals who have symptoms of anxiety, depression, managing their anger, and trauma-related issues. I help individuals identify the root of the underlying pain, fear, insecurity, and lack of motivation.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
