First session
In our first meeting I will ask some questions to get to know you. We will work together help develop goals for our working relationship. But I want you to guide our time and I will be a helpful and nonjudgemental listener.

Treatment methods
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I teach practical mindfulness skills so clients can be in tune with their body and their surroundings and tune out the often unhelpful chatter in their minds.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use a compassionate and honest approach to help people identify and change the thoughts that can dictate their experiences.
EMDR
I use EMDR interventions that allow painful memories and beliefs to resolve into resilient shifts.
Grief Therapy
Life and its transitions come with many losses, not just of those close to us, but relationships and our own identity changes. I help my clients navigate this difficult process with self-compassion and greater understanding.
