I received my Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and my Master’s degree as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from The Ohio State University. I have over ten years of experience in various settings, including emergency services, inpatient psychiatry, partial hospitalization program, and intensive outpatient programming. I have a particular interest in: Depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, along with PTSD, I put a priority on involving holistic care along with medication management.
My approach is to tailor treatment plans based on who you are, considering the impact of biological, environmental, and social factors. During your appointment, I am dedicated to listening and asking questions to build a therapeutic relationship and address your needs for your specific goals in your mental health journey.
I believe mental health care is NOT one size fits all. This is why I tailor care specific to each person, their life experiences, and provide genetic testing to achieve the best possible care. Due to this, we offer longer appointment times, access to speak directly to your provider when needed, and evening and weekend appointment availability. We want to eliminate barriers stopping you from taking the next step and gaining control in your mental health journey.
I am best positioned to serve individuals who are navigating mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, trauma-related challenges, or life transitions that are impacting their mental health. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals, students, or caregivers who find themselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from their usual sense of stability. I work well with those who value a thoughtful, collaborative approach to care—combining medication management with supportive therapy to address both symptom relief and deeper emotional wellness. Whether you're new to psychiatric care or returning to treatment, my goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you with compassion and clinical clarity.
Supportive
I incorporate supportive therapy into my medication management sessions to create a collaborative, safe space where patients feel heard and empowered. This approach allows us to better understand how life circumstances, emotional stressors, and personal goals intersect with psychiatric treatment.

I was really nervous I would be judged and not understood or rushed. She didn’t make me feel crazy or like it was all just made up in my head or that I needed to just deal with it. I’m really looking forward to getting my mind on track! She’s warm calming and very personable and explained things in a way I could understand.

I love the whole approach. She was amazing! She wants to get to the bottom of the problem and don’t want me taking a million meds! She was funny and easy to talk too. I look forward to our next appointment
