About me

I believe everyone has certain abilities and gifts that lead them to their calling. With that in mind, I became a therapist because I wanted to help people achieve their full potential in a world where too many people feel unsupported and alone. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families and groups who are open to new ways of thinking and being, and motivated to change. Side note: I am an avid sports fanatic (including some unique ones; curling is one of my favorites!), and i am an enthusiastic dog parent. While working with my clients, I strive to provide them a relational space where they feel inspired, encouraged, and empowered to overcome their challenges. I have significant experience and training in Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy and EMDR, and work well with individuals and families dealing with long-term and complex issues. You have the power to start your healing process today. From the moment you choose to reach out for help, you’re already charting a better future for yourself and your family. I am currently accepting new clients and encourage you to reach out to schedule an initial session.

Josh has been my therapist for a while now and I really can’t imagine seeing anyone else. He’s a great listener and I feel like I’ve grown emotionally and mentally since he became my therapist. I would highly recommend Josh if you’re a young adult looking for someone to talk to about life and the struggles that come along with it.
