I’m a licensed therapist practicing in Florida and Colorado, working with young adults and professionals navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and come from an Argentine background, which allows me to bring a culturally aware perspective to my work. I’ve lived in different parts of the U.S., Europe, and Latin America, which has shaped how I understand people, relationships, and change. I’m also a certified yoga teacher and value the mind-body connection as part of overall well-being.
In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding your current concerns, background, and goals for therapy. I may ask some questions to get a clearer picture of what’s been going on, but it will still feel conversational and collaborative. By the end, we’ll begin to identify what areas to focus on and how I can best support you.
One of my biggest strengths is helping clients notice patterns in real time. I’m an active, engaged therapist — I’ll reflect things back to you in a way that brings clarity, gently challenge assumptions, and help you understand what’s really going on beneath the surface. I balance being direct with being supportive. I don’t just listen — I help you make sense of your experiences and give you practical tools you can actually use.
I work best with young adults and adults who are used to holding a lot together on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck internally. Many of my clients struggle with overthinking, self-criticism, or feeling like they can’t fully relax, even when things seem “fine” on paper. You might be going through a life transition, feeling burnt out, navigating relationship patterns, or noticing that old habits or emotional reactions keep showing up in ways you don’t fully understand. My clients are often insightful and self-aware, but still feel stuck in the same cycles. They’re not just looking to vent — they want to understand themselves more deeply and actually make changes that last. If you’re open to being honest, curious about your patterns, and ready to feel more grounded and in control, we’ll likely be a good fit.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help you understand why your mind gets stuck in patterns like overthinking, anxiety, or self-criticism — and how to actually shift them. Together, we’ll build practical tools so you can respond differently and feel more in control.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I use mindfulness to help you slow things down, feel more grounded, and stop getting pulled into overwhelming thoughts or emotions. This can make a big difference in managing anxiety and stress in daily life.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I create a space where you can be fully yourself without feeling judged or rushed. Feeling understood is the foundation of our work — and from there, real change starts to happen.
Motivational Interviewing
If you’re feeling stuck or unsure about change, I help you sort through what you really want and what’s holding you back. We move at your pace, building clarity and confidence without pressure.
Integrative
My approach is flexible and tailored to you. I pull from different evidence-based methods depending on what you need, so therapy feels relevant, personalized, and actually helpful.
