I have worked with clients with a wide variety of presenting concerns including depression, stress and anxiety, ADHD, family conflicts, relationship issues, anger management, and self-esteem. I have also helped many clients work through trauma, abuse, grief and loss. If you are ready to make some positive changes in your life, I am here to support you along the way.
First session
Your initial session would include a spoken intake assessment for me to learn more about you and the presenting issues, while also helping us to build rapport, discuss goals, and create a treatment plan that works best for you.
Strengths
Existing clients have shared that I have a calming presence, which helps to put them at ease to open up about things that may normally be difficult to talk about. I help clients to work toward their goals one step at a time, empowering them to believe that the changes they want to see in their lives are not only possible, but attainable. I believe that empathy and kindness are my greatest strengths, which not only led me to this profession, but keep me going each day.
