My goal is to be there with you through any struggle you might have. To help guide you towards a better you. I am not here to judge I am here to listen and provide a safe place for you to be your authentic self. I have been practicing for over 8 years and specialize in individual and family therapy.
During the first session with me we will get to know each other. I will complete an intake assessment and talk about what brings you into therapy. The following sessions we will identify goals and work towards them together. I will check in with you along the way and talk about progress.
