I am skeptical of first sessions when it comes to counseling. Roz, immediately calmed all of my anxieties, listened and she has the patience of a saint. Easy to talk to, truly does her best to understand the root of the issue and values honest communication. If you are looking for a genuine counselor who truly has your best interest at heart. Please book Roz. I am looking forward to my next session with her and ready to live an empowered life that we all deserve.
