Hello: I am Stephanie Taylor and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and I am looking forward to getting to know you. Have you lost focus or motivation? Need a little encouragement and self-exploration? Pulled in many directions with a mountain of responsibilities? Feeling sluggish or depressed/stressed? You have come to the right place and I am excited to partner with you as we develop an effective clear approach to your success. Through a variety of approaches, we work together to find the right mix for you. I am here to partner with you as we integrate a whole self-approach to address all of your needs. You deserve a safe place to heal. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, or scared, you have taken the first step to regain control. Together we will work with compassion and evidence-based approaches to achieve the successful manageable lifestyle you are seeking. Let’s get started!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

After our first session of information gathering and assessments, we will work together to establish a plan of success. We will use a solution focus approach to problem solving and set reasonable attainable goals. We will continually evolve goals as needed and I will recommend readings, manageable homework, offer support and reinforcement. We will respect one another’s boundaries while achieving your goals. I will always "meet you where you are" in terms of therapy. We are a partnership.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths are in developing a plan that works for you. Through emotional insight, accountability, and examination of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, we find success. I am your partner in therapy. We work together.

My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use a plethora of treatment methods. It is truly what works best for you. I tend to lean towards a systems theory and generalist approach as this allows us the most effective way to work on your entire self. I use a solution-focused approach when applicable. We do not limit ourselves by staying in one box. I like to utilize all parts of intervention methods.
