As a trauma survivor, I am educated on the impacts of trauma and I am passionate about helping others navigate a variety of complex issues by applying a holistic approach to improve my client's overall health and mental well-being. I believe in meeting each client where they are in the healing process to collaboratively develop a treatment plan that teaches critical life skills to take back control of their lives. I am a graduate of University of Texas at Arlington Graduate of College of Social Work (GCSW) specializing in addictions and mental health. I earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree from University of Houston Downtown. I have worked in private inpatient residential settings as a therapist and supervisor, nonprofit organizations, and private practice.
My goal is to enable my clients to feel as comfortable as possible to speak on difficult topics by providing a safe nonjudgemental environment. My hope is to provide each client with a unique treatment that reflects on empowering who they are and the potential to take control of their lives again.

My experience reflects on working with, adolescents, couples, parents, and adults facing a variety of mental health issues such as Borderline Personality Disorder, Major Depression, Debilitating Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, marital/couple issues, parenting/family challenges, Addictions, Transitioning Disorder, Adjustment Disorder, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. I offer evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psycho-dynamic Therapy, Family Therapy, Couples therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Family Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to enhance session outcomes and foster personal transformation.
