Whether you are feeling down, overwhelmed, stressed out, can't focus, having mood swings, angry, irritable, unmotivated, or scared and you decided or a therapist recommended for you to try augmenting your current therapy with medications to manage your symptoms, I am here to help.

First session

In our first session together, we will review your intake forms, conduct a comprehensive assessment of your mental health needs and together, we will develop a plan of care and treatment.

Strengths

I am passionate in treating every individual who struggles with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorder, ADHD, schizophrenia and dementia with behaviors.

I am particularly focused on young adults and older.

Psychoeducation

Psychoeducation combines the elements of cognitive-behavior therapy, group therapy, and education. The basic aim is to provide the patient and families knowledge about various facets of the illness and its treatment so that they can work together with mental health professionals for a better overall outcome.
