First session
Our first session, which is 75-minutes, includes a comprehensive review of your medical and mental health history. We’ll discuss what led you to seek care, your current symptoms, and your goals for treatment. Together, we’ll develop a medication and care plan that you fully understand, feel comfortable with, and that supports your overall well-being.
Strengths
I take a holistic approach to treatment, always prioritizing your safety and well-being. I believe your physical, emotional, social, and spiritual health all play important roles in your mental wellness. My background includes years at the bedside in the Intensive Care Unit and in the Emergency Department — both at home and on the battlefield — standing with patients and families during some of life’s most difficult moments. Those experiences have given me a deep understanding of pain, resilience, and the importance of compassionate care.
Ideal clients
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re running on empty, weighed down by worry, or just not feeling like yourself. You don’t have to face it alone — I’m here to listen, support you, and work with you to find balance and well-being through thoughtful medication management and a holistic look at how diet and supplements can support your mental health.
Treatment methods
Supportive
Through supportive therapy, I provide empathy, encouragement, and practical problem-solving to help clients manage current stressors and build resilience. I create a safe, validating environment where clients feel heard and supported, while helping them strengthen their coping skills.
