I am energetic, fun-loving, and charismatic. As a therapist, you will find me to be open, honest, encouraging, compassionate and supportive. My passion is to help all my clients explore their unique individuality, inspire them to discover their strengths and happily embrace their challenges. As a mother of teenagers, I understand and empathize with the struggles that all parents and children are facing as they try to navigate through these confusing, chaotic, ever-changing years. I provide a warm, non-judgmental, safe environment where individuals, teens, families, and parents can feel comfortable to be themselves. Here, they can explore their feelings and emotions in order to help empower change. I am a teacher, but I also listen and am able to challenge and help my clients grow into healthy, loving, happy, responsible individuals. For those who might be looking to integrate Christian faith and spirituality, I am in tune with that perspective. However, I also respect those who choose to keep psychotherapy separate from faith.

Elizabeth is very friendly and able to relate to the conflicts in my life. She's understanding and provides me with good advice on how to handle things. Speaking with her is easy and natural. I look forward to my sessions with her.

I’m so thankful that Elizabeth is a Christian and that’s very important to me. Just meeting her today but I’m really comfortable being open to her. She has already gave me some good advice/tools. Looking forward to my next session with her .

She is a completely awesome therapist who really helps me with my anxiety and other issues. I highly recommend her to any and all people, which I have to both my psychiatrist as well as few friends in need of a therapist. She’s kind, funny, nonjudgmental, and helps get to the heart of things in a gentle way. Totally happy with her!
