What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy. Don't worry if you don't know where to start, I will guide you with a series of questions. I will always go at your pace. After every session I will make sure you are comfortable and in a good space. I will also check in on you in between sessions. In session we will identify and set realistic goals. We will then break down your goals into smaller steps, identify possible obstacles and schedule a timeframe. My check ins with you will also serve as reminders and guides if you have any questions or are struggling in between our sessions.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

In therapy I use Behavior Therapy along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is working with individuals with past traumas. I have received extensive training on Trauma Informed Care which I incorporate into my therapies. Another area that I feel very passionate about it helping those who suffer from anxiety.
