Nne graduated from The Ohio State University with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree. She is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in psychiatry, and a certified Clinical Nurse Leader. Nne has over eighteen years of healthcare experience as a critical/acute care nurse at Harlem Hospital, NY and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, clinical instructor, and psychiatric mental health service provider.
The first session is an opportunity to know about the client and where the client is in his/her mental health journey through a comprehensive assessment. Medication management/evaluation and psychotherapy are covered during the initial session and subsequent sessions. Nne works collaboratively with patients in developing patient-centered plan of care. She empowers her patients to achieve their optimal mental health goals by building a therapeutic rapport and providing evidence-based practice care.
Nne understands the importance of effective medication management and psychotherapy in the treatment of mental health disorders. She incorporates trauma-informed care in her practice and uses CBT, Mindfulness, and DBT during her sessions.
Nne works with adolescents and adults experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and substance use disorders.
