Hi there, I'm Diana I am glad you are taking a leap of faith and wanting to better your mental health. I am licensed with the state of Florida and received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I have been providing therapeutic services to children, teenagers, and adults for 7 years. My therapeutic approach emphasizes tailoring evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as mindfulness-based interventions and education to fit the client’s unique individual needs and maximize the effectiveness of psychotherapy. I genuinely love helping others and hope to join you on your mental health journey.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My approach to therapy is client-centered and solution-focused. I strive to create a safe and warm environment where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to take an active role in their healing. I use a range of evidence-based practices and mold my approach. I am passionate about working with clients to develop their self-awareness and identify patterns and beliefs that may be holding them back and cultivate new, more positive ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.

My strongest strengths are working with diverse populations, the ability to understand and accurately help clients based on what their goals are, empathy and understanding, flexibility in the use of treatment, and commitment to client success.
