I have a compassionate and empathetic approach to mental health care for adults and children. I have over 7 years in healthcare in psychiatry and medical field. I diagnose and prescribe medicine for Depression, Anxiety and related conditions, ADHD, Bipolar Disorders, as well as Severe mental illnesses, and binge eating. I take the time to accurately and properly diagnose the first visit with all patients so they know the best treatment course available for each specific individual. I have Therapists to refer out for the need of extensive therapy situations. I meet patients where they are in the process and work with them to achieve the best possible outcome.
You should be able to have a better understanding on your diagnosis, what direction is best to take, and how I can help. I can prescribe medicine if wanted or needed and make referrals for in-depth therapy.
I like to use screening tools to help in diagnosing and to evaluate progress of treatment. If medicine is started the method is to start low and go slow to make sure overmedicating and unwanted side effects do not become an issue.
My biggest strength is diagnosing. My other strengths are dealing with ADHD, Depression, Anxiety and related issues, such as OCD and PTSD. I want to make sure your experience in the path to better mental is as easy as possible.
