Hi, I’m Sarah — a psychiatric nurse practitioner and medication provider specializing in anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and postpartum mental health. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, struggling to focus, or feeling like their mood is all over the place. You may have tried to “push through” for a long time before deciding to reach out. My goal is to make getting help feel comfortable, collaborative, and stigma-free. I provide thoughtful medication management combined with supportive therapy so you can start feeling better, thinking more clearly, and functioning the way you want to again. I work with teens (13+) and adults and offer both virtual and in-person appointments.
Your first visit is a 60-minute psychiatric evaluation where we take time to truly understand what’s been going on. We’ll talk through your history, current symptoms, stressors, and goals for treatment. If medication may be helpful, we’ll discuss options together and create a personalized plan. Many clients feel relieved after this first visit because they finally feel heard and have a clear path forward. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling hopeful, supported, and confident about next steps.
Clients often describe my approach as warm, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. I believe mental health care should feel human — not rushed or clinical. I take time to listen, answer questions, and make sure you fully understand your treatment options. You will never feel like “just another appointment.” I focus on collaborative care, meaning we make decisions together and adjust your treatment as your life and needs change.
I’m especially passionate about helping: • Women navigating postpartum anxiety, depression, or overwhelm • Teens and adults with ADHD struggling with focus, motivation, and organization • College students and professionals experiencing burnout or anxiety • Individuals managing bipolar disorder or mood instability • Anyone feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready to feel like themselves again
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I often incorporate mindfulness and practical coping strategies alongside medication management. My goal is to help you feel better both biologically and emotionally — not just prescribe and send you on your way.

Sarah takes the time to understand me as a patient and listens without judgment, which makes a huge difference. She’s been incredibly thoughtful and effective in helping me find the right solutions for the challenges I’m dealing with, I never feel rushed or dismissed. On top of that, her response time is impressively quick, which makes me feel supported even outside of appointments. She is genuinely kind, warm, and easy to talk to. Most important, down to earth. 5 stars!
