Hello, I'm Michael Do you experience daily stressors from your current environment, work, or family? As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am passionate about utilizing a holistic approach to assist my clients. The holistic approach allows me to use multiple theories and techniques to engage individuals in their current exploration of life. I believe in providing education on the importance of wellness and the benefits of mental and physical preparedness. I will provide a professional calming environment where you will feel safe from judgment and criticism.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

As your therapist, I will provide a safe non-judgemental environment where you can freely express your mental health concerns without experiencing negative stigmatism regarding your mental health. My goal is to ensure every client is treated with genuineness and receives an excellent level of care.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I've had the opportunity to work with all populations such as children, adolescents, adults, and males/females. My background also includes working with children who were diagnosed with intellectual disabilities. I've provided therapy for active-duty soldiers, retirees and family members. Lastly, I worked with several mental illnesses which included providing therapy for clients diagnosed with anxiety, PTSD, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, and self-esteem.
