I am a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of experience in direct patient care. I have strong clinical skills enhanced by a natural ability to build rapport with patients and families. I follow evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience and patient values. I believe in treating the person as a whole and am passionate about helping my patients achieve optimal mental and physical health.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows you to express your emotions freely. Our first session will include a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis. We will then create a unique treatment plan that will work best for you.
I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments for medication management and talk therapy. While working with me, you will have a safe place free of criticism or judgment. I am compassionate and understanding. We will collaborate together to find the treatment that best works for you.
I work with ages 13 and older to provide medication management and other alternative therapies to treat various mental health issues.

Dr. Edelman is the best provider I have seen regarding medication and surprisingly every other aspect of my life. Dr. Edelman sees you for who you are and is always so kind, funny, intelligent, and knowledgeable. I will recommend her in a heartbeat. Dr. Edelman has pushed me to explore out of my comfort zone too and for that I can’t thank her enough for changing my life for the better.
