I am passionate about helping people develop their inner strength and resiliency whether you are an individual or couple who needs counseling. My experience covers the life span, from young children to adults of any age. I can help with a wide range of needs including trauma, attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD/ADD), anxiety, depression, addiction and recovery, as well as family and life transitions. My expertise in child-parent attachment, relationship therapy, and positive parenting skills can help you support and strengthen the important relationships in your life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session it's easy to say I want your to feel relaxed but let's be real it's not that easy. I want to invite you to a safe space for you to say what you need to say and be who you need to be. I want to know who you are as a person

Using a strengths-based, relational approach, we will create a therapeutic plan that meets your individual needs and maximizes your growth and healing. Collaboratively, I will walk alongside you, instilling hope and encouragement, as you explore the healing process, navigate new life decisions, and develop ways to thrive in a variety of environments.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I had a goal of just helping one person. I have strived to accomplish that daily. One person has the power to help another person. Being a therapist I embrace my ability see your positive features and allow you to see them through a different lense. Im strong with metaphors and highlighting your strengths in areas like work and recreational and using those stratagies in your deficits.
