New clients continue care with this provider

Warm Welcomes! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Central Connecticut with over 10 years' experience supporting adults and couples in reaching their wellness goals. I have experience supporting adults with stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, grief/loss, and difficult life transitions. Together we will take meaningful steps to develop positive change, improve your life satisfaction, and enhance your emotional well-being.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I offer in-person or virtual appointments during daytime hours. In our first session, we will complete an intake which includes your history and present challenges.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am empathetic, warm, and easy to talk with. I have experience supporting adults with stress, anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, grief/loss, and life transitions. My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

With the use of Acceptance and Commitment therapy, together we will take meaningful steps to develop positive change, improve your life satisfaction, and enhance your emotional well-being.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Many clients benefit from the tools offered with CBT therapy to decrease anxiety, depression, and adjust to life difficult transitions. CBT skills can help allow you to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. CBT knowledge and tools can change the way we think and create meaningful changes in your life.

Strength-Based

Using a strengths based approach, we will work to improve your self-esteem, confidence, and strengthen your support network.
