Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness is the key to the present moment. Without it we cannot see the world clearly, and we simply stay lost in the wanderings of our minds

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

The mind is a place on its own and can make a heaven of hell and a hell of heaven. Changing thoughts helps change feelings which lead to changes in behavior.
