What would your life look like if you could change the things you can? When life becomes overwhelming, it’s hard to know where to begin, especially when everything feels tangled and unmanageable. You may feel stuck, exhausted, or like you’ve lost control of your own story. You don't have to untangle it all alone. I help individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, and unresolved pain from the past. I can help you find ways to control those thoughts that keep you up at night. We can work together to find relief and restore balance. You are important. It's now time to focus on yourself. Together, we'll work to help you take back control and create a life that feels more manageable.
In our first session together, we’ll take some time to get to know each other. I’ll ask about your background, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy. You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where you set the pace.
I advocate for those without a voice and provide support to those who need an extra push to believe in themselves. You are not alone, and I will be on this journey with you. The healing journey can be difficult, but it's never impossible.
I love working with individuals who are open to therapy and willing to step outside the box. My ideal clients are curious, courageous, and willing to explore new tools to build a more grounded and empowered life.
