Hi I am Richale licensed in Christian counseling...everyone calls me Coach, as I love coaching you to your next level. I believe that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us to overcome our lives challenges. I am here to help. I am simply here to love you through the healing process. Therapy is a beautiful tool that is both humbling and encouraging and I believe it will transform your life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, we will actually see if we are the best fit for each other. I will share a lil bit about myself, briefly cover expectations, followed by listening to your heart as to what brought you to counseling. Lastly, I will ask you to share your goals with me for our season together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am great at hearing what you say and what you do not say and helping you gain more confidence to advocate for yourself. I am also skilled at helping you get to a place where you have self awareness and you can stand on your own two feet with God's help navigating and moving forward in power.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am best suited to support Christian women who realize they want God at the forefront of their lives and that many of their issues derive from an emptiness that only He can fill. If you desire to address your current challenges with non-judgemental love and support, yet being challenged to grow and you want results from a loving professional committed to being your number one support for this season of their lives, then book a session now.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Christian focused CBT as I best serve Christian women. We enjoy gaining insight about ourselves, who we are in Christ, scripturally as well as challenging ourselves outside of session to impact our families and the world we are assigned to.
