Greetings! I am a highly qualified and board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, dedicated to providing exceptional care to my clients. I am based in New York and Delaware. I have received my Master's degree from Hunter Bellevue CUNY. I have extensive experience in the behavioral health field. I have worked in substance use disorder treatment modalities including medication-assisted treatment, office-based, crisis treatment, mental health co-occurring, and assertive community therapy.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, and discuss current symptoms,issues, history including previous treatment, and medications. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I felt very comfortable, and no judgement . Leah is very open minded and well rounded. we explored talk therapy as well as some trauma related intensive therapy. a very intelligent woman who is very solution driven, without harsh rigitity.
