I am a meet you where you're at type therapist. So depending on the pressing issue will determine what treatment modality is use. Sometimes cognitive behavioral therapy is needed and sometimes we might need solution focused therapy. Just depends on the current issue at hand.
I have done really well with clients who are second time therapy triers . This means clients who have previously had a bad experience with therapy. I really strive to make sure this new therapy experience is different from the last in a positive way. I have a good connection in working with people who are in different types of transitions throughout life. Also, helping people with ADHD stress management, anxiety and depression are also passions of mine.
